I work as a professor of management at the University of Business Studies in Banja Luka. I am also Chairman of the Board of the University of Business Studies. I am enjoying in my work, because it allows me the professional and personal socializing to meet different people, exchange experiences, and young people that I teach convey innovative solutions and creative models that will enable them to give their best on the global labor market. As a member of the Center for Corporate Governance at work encourages the involvement of women in the management and promotion of women's leadership styles.
