I am a female entrepreneur from Nairobi, Kenya. I am a lawyer by training and I have an M.A in International Studies. I run Zuri Events Ltd, a company that handle event and conference management for corporate, government and non-governmental insititutions across East Africa. I learnt about this platform through Nerka Jugo who has been my mentor through the Cherie Blair Mentoring Women in Business Programme. The benefits of mentorship have been immense for me and the last 7 months have seen tremendous growth and refocus in my business. I am passionate about entrepreneurship development in my country and in my region. I believe that this platform provides an excellent resource for equipping women entrepreneurs to thrive in their chosen fields.
