Currently, Mariana is the Executiv Director of the Creative Development Association (ADC/CDA), and a free lance trainer and consultant. Mariana has extensive experience of national and international NGO work, with leadership positions in organizations such as European Youth Forum, National Youth Council of Moldova, PRECIS, etc. Through her work as a trainer and consultant, Mariana has provided expertise at national and international level in the following fields: social entrepreneurship, youth policy and youth work, participation and citizenship, human rights, gender, intercultural education, communication and team work, project and organizational management, management of human resources and volunteering, etc.
