I am a young Albanian woman from Kosovo with educational background on Sociology, Business Management and the latest MA degree on International Relations and European Studies at University of Luiss Guido Carli - School of Governance in Rome, Italy. I have been working on women's rights since I was 18 years old. I have contributed in so many ways by being part of local women's NGOs also by providing consultancy for them. I have been working for Council of Europe for three years on Promoting and Supporting Cultural Diversity also after my return to Kosovo I have accepted to join CoE again since I believe on CoE policies especially on Human Rights but now I have joined as Project Officer for the regional project on “Promoting Freedom of expression and information and freedom of the media in South-East Europe (SEE)". My expertiese relies on promoting Intercultural and Interreligious Dialogue also on Management and Organizational Behaviour of which I believe is a key to healthy society and successful organization.
