I am agronomist and I worked since 1999 with different international organization. Now I work for local IADK-Local My position at work has enabled me to help that enforcement of women, especially in rural areas. Due to mentality the women role in the rural area is to care about the family and house but thebut did not take part in decision making. I'm great fighters for women's rights and that enforcement of them in economic terms.
