Leadership skills helps a business women look at others as people to lead and guide, forming them into the best they can be. This is a much different job from that of just doing the work. It requires the ability to have insight into a situation and know what to do or say to get people to act in a way that is beneficial to the company. Leadership is the process of transforming organizations from what they are to what the leader would have them become.
